Pulse HRV by Camera BLE ECG

Check your Heart Rate (Pulse), Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Fitness level, Stress level, and Cardio calculations with the ability to track progress and more using your smartphone camera, ECG, or BLE (additional device required).

The application detects heartbeats through:

1. Integrated camera (PPG-Photoplethysmography signal processing)
2. BLE enabled fitness additional device
3. Mobile ECG sensing extender: an additional device available for preorders

PPG-Photoplethysmography signal is captured using the smartphone camera by placing a finger on the camera lens. The PPG signal results from volumetric changes in blood in peripheral circulation.

The application provides summarized analysis results, categorized from Poor to Athlete, using HR and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) analysis.

Some key points for analysis interpretation:

• Normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 40 to 70 beats per minute. A lower resting heart rate implies more efficient heart function and better overall fitness.
• HRV correlates with heart health, stress levels, athletic training, emotional health, and overall fitness.
• rMSSD (Root Mean Square of Successive Differences) is a strong indicator of overall fitness. Aim for an rMSSD greater than 40ms and track your progress via the app's history graph.

The application offers Cardio benefits using zones calculation and instructions provided within the app.

For analysis duration:

• * A 10-15 second analysis is sufficient for Heart Rate measurement
• * A 30-second analysis provides HRV measurements
• * A one-minute analysis offers more reliable HRV measurements
• * For reliable spectral analysis, a two-minute or longer analysis is necessary
